Wake Up With These Cute Pancakes!

For this recipe, all we did was take our favorite box pancake mix, doubled it, filled our square muffin tins, and topped with all the toppings. It's as easy as that!

Sure, you can make your pancake mix from scratch, but we wanted to show you another way to enjoy your standard box pancake mix. In this recipe, we used our Gluten Free Bob Red Mills Mix. Using boxed or prepackaged products is not a bad thing, nor are they inherently unhealthy. Now that we cleared that up, let's make some delicious pancake muffins!
