CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
STRENGTH
This training session is focused on protocols to help improve muscular strength! From the preparation to recovery, this class will help you develop outstanding strength while enhancing joint range-of-motion, core stabilization, coordination, and overall superior health. The class is structured and programmed via specific phases to help progress human movement. The class utilizes a variety of equipment from foam rollers, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells, trap bars, suspensions trainers, cable machines, and more!
METABOLIC
This training session is focused on protocols to help improve the body's metabolic demands and burn calories! From the preparation to recovery, this class will help improve the foundations of conditioning via concepts of high-intensity endurance and strength. In addition to enhancing the body's conditioning and strength standards, this class will enhance joint range-of-motion, core stabilization, and overall superior cardiovascular health. The class is structured and programmed via specific phases to help progress human movement. The class utilizes a variety of equipment from foam rollers, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, agility ladders, sleds, tires, barbells, trap bars, suspensions trainers, cable machines, and more!
ENDURANCE
This training session is focused on protocols to help improve the body's cardiovascular health and core strength! From the preparation to recovery, this class will help improve the foundations of conditioning via concepts of endurance protocols and core work. In addition to enhancing the body's endurance parameters, this class will enhance joint range-of-motion, core stabilization, and overall superior cardiovascular health. The class is structured and programmed via specific phases to help progress human movement. The class utilizes a variety of equipment from foam rollers, rowers, bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, sleds, tires, suspensions trainers, and more!
YOGA - SLOW FLOW
This yoga class is focused on low-impact movements with a pace that is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. Our slow flow class will help improve flexibility, mobility, and common strength of the body.
