This training session is focused on protocols to help improve muscular power and strength! From preparation to recovery, this class will help you develop outstanding strength while enhancing joint range of motion, core stabilization, coordination, and overall superior health.
METABOLIC
Improve the Metabolic Demand & Burn Calories!
Tuesday & Thursday
This training session is focused on protocols to help improve the body's metabolic demands and burn calories! From preparation to recovery, this class will help improve the foundations of conditioning via concepts of high-intensity endurance and strength. In addition to enhancing the body's conditioning and strength standards, this class will enhance joint range of motion, core stabilization, and superior cardiovascular health.

This training session is focused on protocols to help improve the body's cardiovascular health and core strength! From preparation to recovery, this class will help improve the foundations of conditioning via concepts of endurance protocols and core work. In addition to enhancing the body's endurance parameters, this class will enhance joint range of motion, core stabilization, and overall superior cardiovascular health.
COACHES CHOICE
The Mystery is Real!
Saturday
Ah... the Coaches Choice class on Saturday! This class is up to the coaches on what will be programmed, but it will be a mixture of strength, metabolic, and conditioning components to train the body in totality. This is where the creativity meets the LF coach's movement toolbox! Train with Linked Fit on Saturday!
Our classes value programming through specific phases and progress through regular foundational movement patterns. The classes will utilize various equipment, from foam rollers, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells, trap bars, suspension trainers, cable machines, rowers, bikes, sleds, tires, and more!
