The Perfect Bite of Salmon!

This Orange Maple Glazed Salmon will leave your mouth watering for more, being so delicious and all. You'll get a ton of nutrients like protein, omega-3, B vitamins, and so much more. This dish is perfect to prepare ahead of time or for cooking the day-of. Simplicity is key, for many at-home cooks. This recipe has simple ingredients, it's easy to prepare, and is quick to cook.


Cooking:

  • Salmon might look intimidating to cook but it is actually extremely easy to cook. Although, salmon does tend to stick to everything, so make sure to use a nonstick spray, nonstick pans, or greased foils. Try baking in the oven or pan-frying. If using the oven, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes to give the top an extra crunch.

Here's what you need:

  • 2-4 salmon fillets

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos

  • 4 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste
