Hello Dinner Hash: bringing you a simple, easy, delicious, and nutritious meal to make any night of the week!


This dish was inspired by a ray of left overs found in the fridge. We've all been there, by the end of the week there is an random assortment of leftovers. Not enough of this and not enough of that. This is the perfect time to think out side of the box and get creative in the kitchen.


Only 6 simple ingredients needed to make this meal! If all ingredients are prepped ahead of time his meal take 5 minutes to put together. All you have to do is cook ingredients (hopefully they are already cooked for you), mix, and serve!


There are two ways to prepare this dish: rice based or potato based. Both are delicious! If you are a vegan you can simple substitute the chicken for tofu or another protein. If you don't have nutritional yeast, parmesan cheese is another good substitute.


This is meal is 100% gluten free, dairy free, and almost vegetarian/vegan.
