Take your breakfast to new heights!
Here is a fun way to switch up your morning breakfast egg routine. These eggs turn out light and fluffy, plus you can pair them with your favorite toasts, potatoes, or simply eat solo! Ultimitely, the only thing you really need for this recipe is an egg(s), but let's have some fun and jazz up these delightful eggs!
Here's how to make these heavenly Eggs in a Cloud!
Whole eggs (separated)
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese of choice
NOTE: to separate the yolk from the whites - crack the egg and gently toss the yolk from shell to shell, allowing the whites to fall into a bowl. Keep the yolk in one shell and set it aside. You can also crack the egg into a bowl and use a water bottle to suction the yolk out. From there you can set the yolk aside.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Separate egg whites and yolks
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Fold in any extra add-ons
Dollop mounds of the egg white mixture to a baking sheet
Create a small crater in the egg white mounds
Bake for 3 minutes
Remove from oven and carefully drop yolk into the crater
Bake for another 3 minutes
Enjoy with your favorite breakfast sides
