Here's how to make these heavenly Eggs in a Cloud!

Ingredients:

  • Whole eggs (separated)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Extra add-ons

    • Bacon crumbles

    • Shredded spinach

    • Shredded cheese of choice

    • Chives

    • Diced tomatoes

    • Diced ham

    • Diced peppers

NOTE: to separate the yolk from the whites - crack the egg and gently toss the yolk from shell to shell, allowing the whites to fall into a bowl. Keep the yolk in one shell and set it aside. You can also crack the egg into a bowl and use a water bottle to suction the yolk out. From there you can set the yolk aside.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

  2. Separate egg whites and yolks

  3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form

  4. Fold in any extra add-ons

  5. Dollop mounds of the egg white mixture to a baking sheet

  6. Create a small crater in the egg white mounds

  7. Bake for 3 minutes

  8. Remove from oven and carefully drop yolk into the crater

  9. Bake for another 3 minutes

  10. Enjoy with your favorite breakfast sides
