At the Recovery Cycle, we will discuss the pre-training protocols to consider while developing athletes/clients programming through periodization strategies of macrocycles, mesocycles, and microcycles. Additionally, attendees will learn how to regulate and modulate training programs to reduce unwanted fatigue and stressors to produce superior adaptations following a training session with superior post-training protocols.
