This training session is focused on protocols to help improve muscular strength with a coach via video conference! From the preparation (warm-up) to recovery (cool-down), this class will help you develop outstanding strength while enhancing joint range-of-motion, core stabilization, coordination, and overall superior health. The class is structured and programmed via specific phases to help progress human movement. The class utilizes a few pieces of equipment from a foam roller, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands!

This training session is focused on protocols to help improve the body's cardiovascular health and core strength with a coach via video conference! From the preparation (warm-up) to recovery (cool-down), this class will help improve the foundations of conditioning via concepts of endurance protocols and core work. In addition to enhancing the body's endurance parameters, this class will enhance joint range-of-motion, core stabilization, and overall superior cardiovascular health. The class is structured and programmed via specific phases to help progress human movement. The class utilizes a variety of equipment from foam rollers, sliders, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, suspensions trainers, and more!
