This training session is focused on protocols to help improve athletic potential through a mixture of training protocols for power, strength, movement skills, change of direction, plyometrics, running, and more! From the preparation to recovery, this class will help the athlete's overall athletic transition for the athlete's specific sport. The class is structured and programmed via specific phases to help progress human movement. The class utilizes a variety of equipment from foam rollers, treadmills, bikes, cones, agility ladders, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells, trap bars, suspensions trainers, cable machines, and more!
