Introducing a program that will PEAK performance and BUILD incredible strength!


This 12-week training program includes 5 to 6 days of smart training to progress the body through foundational strength movement patterns while increasing training durability and defeat plateaus! The program utilizes a training preparation system that produces efficient warmup protocols to decrease joint pain and increase functionality. Each training unfolds the true concepts of recovery by integrating a post-training protocol to relax and optimally regenerate after a training session.


The PST program is designed by Dr. Dane Bartz, our CEO at Linked Fit. It is focused on Dr. Bartz niche in the field of fitness which is on bridging the gap between pain-free movement and true performance parameters. The training program includes a variety of nourishment options for optimal fueling! Additionally, the resources on how to prioritize recovery to live a healthy and active lifestyle!
