3-Week Training Program
This 3-Week training program includes 4-days of smart training to progress the body through bodyweight movement patterns while increasing training durability with minimal training equipment! The program utilizes a training preparation system that produces efficient warmup protocols to decrease joint pain and increase functionality. This training program is designed by a team of resourceful fitness professionals at Linked Fit, which is focused on bridging the gap between pain-free movement and true bodyweight training parameters.

Once the program is purchased, you'll receive a link to a downloadable PDF document and within 24-hours the TrueCoach application profile. Once you log into the TrueCoach application, you will have access to the training program. This training program will be deactivated three-weeks (21 days) after the purchase date through TrueCoach.
