2023 Squatober!


It's a month of squats! The 2023 Squatober challenge is all about upgrading and enhancing your squat mechanics! Each day, you'll have mini-training sessions focused on strengthening the feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvic, and lumbar regions to improve the foundations of your squat. Like any challenge, we'll have a leaderboard to display our participant's success in Squatober.


Starts: Sunday, October 1st

Ends: Tuesday, October 31st
