About the Event

It's time to develop your weightlifting (i.e., Olympic Lifts) so you can get the most from them! In this workshop, you'll be receiving professional instruction by Dr. Bartz who is a USA Weightlifting Performance Coach! We'll be reviewing the 3-primary lifts in weightlifting (i.e., cleans, snatch, and jerks) and how to produce superior movements and reduce any energy leaks throughout the movements. Additionally, Dr. Bartz and his team of instructors will be discussing other accessories movements to help supplement your training to improve foundational strengths for weightlifting.

*This workshop will be in-person at Linked Fit and virtually via Zoom. This will NOT be recorded for future viewing. Registered attendees must be present in-person or on the Zoom call to attend the workshop.
