About the Event
It’s important to deliver an optimal training program so clients can improve their performance but ultimately enhance their quality of life. In this event, Dr. Bartz will be discussing how to approach fitness programming that endorses the development of foundational movements and achieving goals. Dane will provide recommendations on how to order training sessions utilizing three primary links of programming.
This event will be in-person (Linked Fit HQ Facility) and hold a live-stream option. Therefore, if you are unable to attend in person, you will be provided a link for live-stream access. However, this event will NOT BE RECORDED for future viewing.Objectives
- Define the use of foundational movements and the practicality of their use.
- Discuss the three primary links for training session considerations.
- Recognize the value of health, stress, nutrition, sleep, training, and how they place a role in resiliency.
