In this clinic, you'll learn what it means to achieve optimal nutritional habits, how to build a goal-orientated plate, control the misconceptions and myths in the nutrition world, and more! Participants will receive a booklet for attending (virtual ebook) which provides an overview of each topic discussed and more features to help upgrade your upcoming nutrition journey!
This clinic will be at Linked Fit HQ and also virtually as well. All participants are welcome to attend in person. A video conference link will be sent to all registered participants 30-minutes before the event.
